If you enjoy switching gears throughout the day—thoughtfully answering emails, taking custom cake orders, helping pack shipping boxes, and occasionally jumping in on the retail floor—you might be the perfect fit. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves being helpful, communicates clearly, and finds satisfaction in keeping things organized and running smoothly. You’ll also be part of a creative environment where your ideas and attention to detail really matter—from the first inquiry to the final pickup.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails, including inquiries about custom cake orders Take detailed information for special orders and communicate clearly with the team Assist with retail as needed: greeting customers, handling pickups, or helping during busier times Help process and pack shipping orders (training will be provided) Provide general support across departments to ensure a smooth workflow You’d be great in this role if you: Are a strong communicator and write clearly and professionally Enjoy being helpful and thrive in a customer-focused environment Are comfortable working on a computer one moment and jumping into hands-on tasks the next Are dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Are interested in learning new things and being cross-trained This is a flexible, collaborative role meant for someone who’s energized by variety and enjoys being part of a fast-moving, creative environment.
