General Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties supporting all programs of Community Services. Travels to Senior Community Centers for purpose of completing client screenings.
Accounts for Meals on Wheels client “no answers” and responds to emergency situations.
Prepares client records and maintains file system in a timely manner.
Receives and responds to telephone inquiries.
Education/Training:
An Associate’s degree in Human Services or a related field normally required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related positions normally required.
ADA:
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
