Job Description
PAY:
The hourly range for this position is $13.25 to $14.00. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Summary:
Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phoneDocument all customer appointments in the store computer systemPerform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when directedClean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returnedPosition routinely requires lifting, loading and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 poundsGood organizational skillsAbility to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pmPDN-9f385296-05fa-40b6-aaf4-f5b84601c8e6
