We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and committed to delivering excellent service.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively and empathetically. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other service requests. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates.
LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH
High school diploma/GED 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication and writing skills Basic computer skills
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time hourly position. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Longer hours depending on workload could include voluntary evenings and weekends.
