Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our golf cart dealership team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, managing service scheduling and coordinating with our technicians to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our 2-3 technicians, balancing road service and shop repairs Provide exceptional customer service, handling walk-in inquiries and phone calls regarding sales, service, and customization Manage parts inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels Oversee golf cart inventory, including maintenance of charging levels and appearance Maintain an organized, sales-ready showroom environment Process customer transactions accurately and professionally Assist customers with technical questions and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Experience with Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Drive) Basic computer proficiency Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred Golf cart knowledge is a plus, but we will train the right candidate Cash handling experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Physical ability to: Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Stand, walk, and move throughout the showroom Operate golf carts and basic office equipment Join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our community!
