Client Services Administrator Coastal Carolina Comfort 622 Old Trolley Road, Summerville, SC 29485 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing front desk activities, and assisting with customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Greet visitors at the front desk and provide exceptional customer support. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Assist with office management duties, including organizing files and maintaining office supplies. Provide clerical support such as typing documents, creating reports, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office. Act as a personal assistant to management as needed, coordinating schedules and appointments. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment or as a personal assistant is preferred. Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and document management. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support to clients and visitors. Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
