We do not expect that candidates will have surety bond, or even insurance experience, but similar experience such as banking, mortgage or general phone based customer service skills are certainly applicable. The role will require keen attention to detail as well as direct customer interaction, so we are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to ensure that our customers receive outstanding quality and service. Our business is national and spans hundreds of industries, so customer profiles vary widely. The role is really 2 roles in 1. As an administrator obsessed with quality, you will work with various insurance companies, their software/systems, and our internal software/systems to issue surety bonds. To excel in this role, you need to be so well organized that interruptions from your customer service duties don’t impede your ability to stay on track with administration work. Success is about attention to detail and understanding process measurement and improvement. As a customer service representative (CSR) you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our customers face with accuracy and efficiency.
