Client Services Manager:
Your practical and compassionate nature is critical to effectively balance between leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community. As a client services manager, you are required to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management. Maturity and good judgment is a necessity…you serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager. If you’re a role model to peers, someone who advocates on behalf of your team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers, we want to speak with you! Qualifications:
Hold or be working to attain the professional designation of Certified Apartment Manager or Accredited Property Manager. High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred. At least one year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager.
