REQUIRED.
This is not a remote position and requires working hours Monday through Friday, typically 8am-5pm, with mandatory on-call participation (additional compensation). Duties include, but are not limited to: In concert with the Scheduling Manager, match and place Care Team member skills with clients needs Provide excellent client service and establish relationships with clients and employees Liaise and support office team and interface with Operations Manager Support, maintain and document all related data to client and contact files Participate in On-Call rotation as a member of internal staff
Required Skills & Abilities:
Experience :
2+ years of client service experience in a home care environment Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and interpret issues and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries, problems or complaints in a timely manner High level of proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook; Technology literacy and quick learner of new technology; Experience in Clear Care software is a plus Ability to perform high-level multi-tasking, work in a fast-paced setting with constant interruptions and maintain composure, tact and diplomacy under pressure Superb organizational and time-management skills, with impeccable attention to detail Possess excellent interpersonal skills in creating an atmosphere of care and competence Leadership ability and talent to work as a constructive member of a team Strong desire to fulfill the company mission of top tier client service, positive peer relationships, growth-oriented culture and achievement
Key Activities:
Immediately address and remedy all client concerns, inquiries and requests Working with the Family Care Coordinator and Scheduling Manager, address all client and Care Team concerns, home care agreements and other related documentation Maintain and update Active Client listing in homecare database Participate and contribute in weekly staff meetings and all related meetings with team members and management Assist in staffing client shifts through interaction with scheduling personnel based on client knowledge Participate in on-call rotation; independently resolve client and client care-related issues, using sound judgment Answer office telephones and assist operational functionality of office where appropriate Provide a helpful and caring response in all interactions with clients, employees, client families and all other inbound telephone and in-person contacts If you meet these requirements and if you are looking to join a growing company, supportive staff, engaged management team and great clients, contact us today!
