Your core responsibilities will be focused on the servicing of existing clients and onboarding new clients in both commercial and personal lines of business. The majority of your time will spent in our Lexington, SC office although some local travel to meet with clients will be required at times. Responsibilities Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Handle customer inquiries and policy changes Provide information about the products and services we offer Document and update customer records based on interactions Quote & Issue new personal & commercial lines insurance policies ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of organization skills and ability to problem-solve and think critically SC Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain one will be a condition of employment) Successful passing of a background check & drug screening
