The Amerimed EMS Customer Success Champion (CSC) position is responsible for all marketing and customer service aspects for Amerimed EMS in specified Division/Region/State. The CSC will receive support from the corporate team, General Manager, area manager and division managers. The CSC will coordinate marketing efforts, establish new clients, and strengthen relationships with current clients. A high focus on client experience and excellent customer service is expected.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities :

Establishing marketing plans and goals – daily/weekly/monthly Reporting on success daily/weekly/monthly Working with the management team to resolve customer issues. Routing travel thru out the State Logging contact data with clients Attending local/state/regional conferences and educational events Trend analysis Working with other Regional Customer Success Champions to establish marketing strategies.

Requirements :

Must be 21 years of age Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record Drug screen and background check is required High School Diploma Higher Education in the area of business development, marketing, and/or customer service 3-5 years experience in business development and/or customer service. Behavioral Health background preferred Office reporting location – Columbia, SC Ability to travel 85% of the time in the State of South Carolina with overnight stays
