Customer Service Manager Cost of Freedom, LLC dba: Cout De La Liberte Seneca, SC 29678 Job Overview We are a Los Angeles based apparel company that is moving to Seneca, South Carolina in the next couple of months. So we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Apparel Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service department in a fast-paced apparel wholesale environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a solid background in apparel operations. This role requires an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, while effectively managing operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the customer service department ensuring high standards of service. Maintain style master with the most updated wholesale, MSRP and UPC information. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Be able to enter all orders received from outside sales representatives, outside sales programs, and our ecommerce orders through Shopify. Monitor system inventory, making sure receivers are entered in a timely manor and that style inventories are correct. Allocate orders against received inventory and provide to warehouse for picking and packing. Responsible for all invoicing, EDI, issuing credits and our factor assignment. Prepare commercial invoices and packing list for seasonal sales markets (USA & overseas). Experience Proven leadership experience in an apparel manufacturing company, shipping high end department stores, specialty retailers, international and ecommerce customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with administrative duties related to order processing, allocation, EDI and invoicing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and staff effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement in customer service practices. $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
