$60000.00 – $60000.00/Yearly Description Interim HealthCare, a leading home health organization and 6x Top Workplace in South Carolina, has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager for our Personal Care and Support Services department in our Columbia, SC office. The Client Services Manager will effectively manage field employees including recruiting, retention, onboarding, counselling, training activities, and separations to support the goals of the company. This role will participate in operations assisting with the development of policies and procedures and effectively manage compliance in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulation.

Responsibilities What you’ll do: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local government laws and regulations, as well as standards, policies and procedures of Interim Healthcare. Receives referral calls, documents and performs intake duties for client services, schedules care professionals for home care or staffing assignments. Maintains accuracy of data relating to client files Reviews invoices for Accounts Payable and submits for payment. Promotes agency through marketing efforts and education of prospective and existing clients and referral sources Ensures orders are filled by qualified personnel in a timely manner Develops sound customer objectives and strategies Identifies and meets/exceeds customer expectations Maintains customer relationships in an ongoing effort to drive higher levels of customer satisfaction Responsible for selecting, hiring, developing, evaluating, and retaining a qualified group of PC&SS CSRs and Support Specialists. Responsible for creating an environment that is conducive to individual and team growth among the employees through training and educational resources.

Required Skills Requirements Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Two years of management experience that includes planning, staff supervision, recruiting and hiring Interim HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
