Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service team and foster positive relationships with our clients. As a Customer Experience Manager, your key responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints, developing customer service procedures, and implementing customer satisfaction campaigns. You will be monitoring customer interactions, reporting on customer satisfaction, and coordinating with the sales and marketing department to integrate customer service strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Develop and implement customer happiness campaigns.
Monitor customer interactions and report on customer happiness.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing department to integrate customer service strategies.
Analyze customer feedback and market research to make improvements.
Train and lead a team of customer service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Identify key touch points in the customer journey and optimize them for improved customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency of customer service.
Implement customer retention campaigns and customer dedication programs.
Stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies in customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and market research.
Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
This role will be Hybrid with onsite requirements at our Blythewood, SC location.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software.
Experience in training and leading a team of customer service staff.
