Job Responsibilities:
Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best inclass customer experience and building loyalty Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions andonboarding Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skillsand processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking outinformation between customers, learning about innovations inwireless and technology Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, includingbusiness and customer service
Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma/GED (Required) 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience Required 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retailenvironment preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Customer Satisfaction Passionate customer advocate with thedesire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with ourcustomers. Effective at balancing customer experience andperformance goals. Annualized Incentive Target:
$18,000 Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based onperformance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile, areguaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
