Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will manage direct reports and oversee a team in the LPL Financial Customer Succes, Premium Service, in a Contact Center Environment. This LPL Financial Customer Success Contact is the first point of contact for LPL Financial Advisors who have inquiries related to Account Transfers.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, coach, set performance goals, motivate, and hold staff accountable through regular 1:1s and as needed. Ensure team is meeting goals for the service organization. Monitor service dashboards to ensure service levels are met for the team. Help managers and a service liaison with question from advisors and office staff. Identify opportunities within the team to improve the Advisor relationship and enhance the Advisor experience. Partner with internal business partners to identify and address service gaps. Participate in projects and initiatives Identify areas of risk and provide a mitigation strategy Review team performance reports looking for trends and areas of improvement. Ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. What are we looking for? We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience . Requirements:

5+ years of experience with an emphasis on a service mindset and people management. 3+ years of call center experience working in a customer contact center environment. SIE and Series 7 or the ability to obtain within 90 days

Excellent communication (oral and written) Strong problem solving with an emphasis on customer service skills necessary. Focus and passion for developing and mentoring others

Preferences:

Associate’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s a plus.

Pay Range:

$82,688-$137,813/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
