Ice Cream Server Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a smile and take orders Scoop and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other treats Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment Handle cash and credit card transactions Restock supplies and assist with inventory Work efficiently in a team and follow health/safety procedures
Ideal Server Candidate:
Friendly, energetic, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Great communication and customer service skills Available evenings and weekends Food service experience is a plus—but not required! Shift Manager Responsibilities (In addition to server duties): Lead and motivate team members during shifts Open/close the shop as needed Train new employees and ensure top-tier customer service Handle basic scheduling and resolve customer concerns Maintain cleanliness, safety, and inventory controls
