Part-time/Contract Position Job Summary NettWorth Financial Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Manager that is responsible for providing excellent service, support, follow-through and administrative tasks with the purpose of delivering an exceptional client experience. The CSM specializes in client experience to ensure that NettWorth Financial Group is an efficient and organized office allowing the financial professional to focus on building client relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Services to include all incoming communications such as answering telephones, emails, faxes, incoming mail, overnight deliveries, etc. Process client requests and answer basic client inquiries in a timely manner. Address inquiries to appropriate areas. Prepare, organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork Review applications, beneficiary forms and other change requests for accuracy and completeness Attend and assist with monthly workshops; prepare folder folders, sign-in sheet, pens, appointment confirmation cards and anything additional needed for presentation Work with vendors and suppliers to provide services for events and ensure menus/catering/order is prepared as instructed Process incoming and outgoing mail, including checks, stock certificates, tax forms and scanning to client folder and check log; logging in CRM Heavy calendar management for scheduling meetings, conference calls; appointment confirmations and appointment materials Create/maintain spreadsheet for reporting appointment activity, event metrics, Eligible and Hotlist Reports; establish and schedules for workshops, union meetings, conferences and other events Work with and assist Marketing Assistant(s) with seminar calling, seminar attendance and registration Manage all details of clients, prospects and vendors in CRM; new client/prospect entry, record client appointment notes; seminar tracking, workflows, database lists and TAG Groups Populate and maintain accurate client data in client relationship management database, proprietary systems and reporting systems Schedule client reviews according to schedule, confirm and record review date and prepare required documents Order and maintain all supplies including forms, prospectuses, useful research information and office supplies, printer cartridges, etc. Maintain administration and relevant client service reporting and planning systems; manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the client service department Overnight travel may be required Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry preferred 1-4 years of administrative experience preferred Understanding and proficiency in regards to customer relationships, customer service, data entry, confidentiality, problem resolution and MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, and Financial Databases Education and Experience Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer Service Experience required. Experience in the financial services industry and/or administrative support is preferred.
