Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Nashville location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service industry management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales goals. The Location Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the location is running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Duties

• Manage and supervise staff
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Conduct interviews to recruit and hire new staff members
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Develop and maintain a high level of employee morale and engagement
