Overview This role will be tasked with leading a team of Sales Analysts and Account Analysts that will support HireRight’s Sales and account management teams and works cross-functionally with customer service, implementation, project managers, contracts, and compliance in the implementation of account setups and account changes. Additionally, the team will take the lead to manage escalations, leading projects and maintaining training materials and documentation for customers. Responsibilities Researching account setups to identify number of users, product pricing, product usage, and special setups to inform and educate sales representatives and account managers. Assist with contract research, scanning contracts, completing addendums. Develop and maintain training materials and process mapping. Research and respond to escalations from the organization that includes customer service, sales, account management, project coordinators and compliance. Maintain documentation on SharePoint Regularly generate and deliver to management, activity reporting analyzing capacity, delivered services and service category trends. Monitor and regularly report on service turnaround times against target service-level agreements. Effectively and clearly convey performance issues to management, team leads and the Customer Service team members Demonstrates proficiency in client guidelines and HireRight product knowledge and procedures Performs daily performance and productivity monitoring on team members Qualifications 5-7 years’ experience with forecasting, financial analysis, and KPI measurement required. 2-4 years’ experience in people management.
