Client Experience Coordinator Job Purpose :
The Client Experience Coordinator will be tasked with executing tactics to continuously cultivate a culture of excellence that enhances Freeman Recovery Center’s mission and helps deliver a world-class care experience for every client in every level of care.

Associate Director of Client Experience Level of Supervision Required :
General Job Responsibilities Executes service excellence tasks designed to improve the overall experience of care. Helps create a culture of passion and commitment for exemplary service excellence. Helps analyze client experience data and feedback from client encounters to drive better care experiences. Works with clinical teams to strengthen service orientation and identify specific communication skills needed for effective, culturally appropriate, and empathetic communication with clients. Maintains knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines that impact the department and organization. Education and Experience required/degree and/or certification required (if applicable): Excellent communication skills Some behavioral health experience preferred
