We are looking for an energetic, self-starter, based in the Knoxville, TN area to serve as a Account/Client Service Manager on our Account Services team. To be successful, one needs to be able to think critically and act decisively. The ideal candidate will be able to get the big picture while paying close attention to specific details and processes. It’s also important that candidates are “client and customer focused” and have excellent communication skills. - Serve as the primary contact for various client/customer projects.
- Works within a software system to set-up projects and manage data.
- Meet the needs of clients, including but not limited to prompt response to all inquiries, project set-up and management, reporting, timeline management, and troubleshooting.
- Effectively communicate key account information to internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, and Inventory Control) ensuring that all are kept abreast of account requirements and issues.
- Manage project workflow in a way that meets the needs of both the client and internal resources.
- Set-up projects and items in data base/software systems. Enter orders, as needed. Accuracy and attention to detail are important.
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for clients
- Provide phone coverage and manage customer inquiries.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for use internally and for clients.
