Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the SOC Help Desk, ensuring high-quality service and team development. You’ll manage team performance, handle escalated concerns, and work with internal teams to address obstacles, all while maintaining positive relationships with consignees.
Responsibilities:
Ensure SOC Help Desk is adequately staffed
Train and develop Help Desk team members
Collaborate with leadership for team-building and motivation
Supervise daily Help Desk operations
Provide performance reports
Assist team members with consignee and program issues
Advocate for consignees and team members
Facilitate SOC meetings
Perform other duties as needed
Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in customer service call center management
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Strong knowledge of the SOC program
Proven leadership skills with a diverse team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
