The ESS Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of scheduling, routing, dispatch coordination, internal field operations support, sub-contractor field operations support and external customer support. This role supervises a team of Project Coordinators and ensures efficient, timely and accurate deployment of field resources and handling of escalations. The ESS Supervisor is accountable for workforce management, KPI tracking, daily production reporting, coaching and development and performance management of their team. Someone in this role must exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving skills as well as have the ability to work with customers and staff on a regular basis. What’s in it for you? Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Internet-related applications such as email and web browsers with knowledge of Google Applications. Understanding of laws and regulations that require contacting 811 before digging work starts on any project. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Schedule:

Full-time, regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week. Be present on-site a minimum of 3 days per week to support operations, team development and leadership engagement. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including additional work on weekends and holidays as needed. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen to include a drug test.
