We are a team inspired by a positive culture to build exceptional customer experiences. Our La Vergne branch is looking for a full-time Service Coordinator to assist the Service department. The ideal Service Coordinator is professional and detailed-oriented.
Responsibilities include:
opening and organizing work orders assisting Service Manager with fleet organization in operating system organizing customer service requests assisting with parts sales and inventory assisting Service Manager with daily operations Prior customer service experience is beneficial. Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.
