Job Description

Supply Chain Account Coordinator 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 4294 Swinnea Rd, Memphis, TN 38118 Mallory Alexander International Logistics, a global third-party logistics company (3PL) headquartered in Memphis, TN has an immediate opening for a Logistics Professional to join our team! The Supply Chain Account Coordinator supports account management and warehousing operations while gaining hands-on experience in the supply chain industry. This entry level role is ideal for individuals starting their career, offering training and growth opportunities in client service, billing, reporting, and logistics coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure customer is adequately serviced in a timely manner Ensure that all services rendered are properly billed/paid to the customer/vendor per contract Enter billing data into Excel reports, as well as creating and sending invoices Interact with clients to address needs, handle requests, and resolve problems Maintain and update reports, ensuring all information is accurate and current Work closely with Account Managers and other internal teams to provide necessary information and support. Adherence to deadlines and aptitude for learning and retaining product knowledge Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, punctuality, and willingness to learn Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and always represent Mallory Alexander in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, relevant coursework or certifications a plus. Familiarity with basic warehousing operations a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) a must Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meaningfully contribute to team goals Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
