The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while managing service requests and ensuring a smooth workflow in our automotive service department. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to upsell services effectively. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs. Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services, utilizing auto estimating software. Communicate with service technicians to ensure clarity on customer requests and vehicle issues. Provide detailed explanations of services offered, including upselling additional services when appropriate. Manage customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of services provided. Collaborate with the dealership team to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Experience Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the automotive industry. Familiarity with auto estimating processes and automotive sales is a plus.
