Role Overview:

You will serve as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries across several locations. Your role is critical to creating a positive and informative first impression while accurately documenting client information and routing to the appropriate care teams.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and referral sources Gather and document key information using provided templates and CRM tools Transfer or notify the correct local team based on call details Maintain professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all conversations Follow established call handling and escalation procedures

Requirements:

Prior call center, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred Reliable internet and computer with ability to work from home Quiet, distraction-free workspace with no background noise (this is mandatory) Ability to work a continuous 8-hour shift on assigned days Strong verbal communication and data entry skills Comfort with using phone, email, and CRM software simultaneously Ability to work independently and with discretion regarding sensitive information Why Join Us?
