Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in processing confidential, detailed paperwork Previous client interaction in an office environment Intermediate to advanced computer skills Insurance licensing strongly preferred (Series 65, 2-15 Insurance) This position requires that you possess the following skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality Excellent communication – both verbal and written Self-directed initiative Process driven Strong follow-through
Responsibilities:
Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will: Complete & process servicing requests Maintain database programs Respond to client inquires as needed Opening, as needed, closing & transferring of accounts Generate and provide various reports to Advisor Process transactions Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients Assist advisor with pre-appointment preparation Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments
