• Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Utilize cash handling skills to process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide updates on orders or promotions
• Utilize a deep understanding of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate and informed response

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Experience with cash handling and processing transactions accurately
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-pressure sales situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
