Someone with a background providing customer service, sales, high end retail or restaurant experience typically does well in this role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails and text messages is a key part of the role. Answer questions about our services through multiple communication channels. Assist with managing accounts through creating and updating account notes, rearranging schedules and routing. Assist with lead management and generating new customers sales. Assist with marketing activities as requested. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. General errands for office as needed. If desired, this position could turn into a full time position. Typical schedule is afternoons Mon-Fri 100 pm – 530 pm.
