Customer Service Representative Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Vulcan Signs is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience from order placement through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information about products, pricing, lead times, and availability Assist with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving order or shipping issues Maintain and update customer account information in our PLEX system Accurately document interactions and transactions for tracking and follow-up Collaborate with other departments to help meet customer needs and resolve issues quickly

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 or more years of customer service in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office, internet searches, and other related software programs Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Starting rate of pay for this position is $17.50/hour. The purpose of the Customer Service Representative position is to process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm.
