Gulf Shores Power Sports is seeking an experienced Marine Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. Work in a thriving dealership with growth opportunities Be a key point of contact for customers in the service department Help enhance service profitability while prioritizing customer satisfaction Utilize your skills in Lightspeed and/or POS systems (a major plus) Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure seamless communication Accurately document repairs and service requests Monitor customer service intervals and schedule future appointments Supervise service technicians and assist service managers as needed Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and technician workload distribution Place orders with the Parts Department for necessary repairs Manage unit and parts inventories with accuracy Handle warranty claims, submissions, and payments efficiently Ensure products are detailed and unit deliveries are conducted professionally Maintain a strong commitment to world-class customer service Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marine or recreational parts and service (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and experience with Lightspeed/POS systems (a plus) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Team leadership and building experience Background as a Marine Service Technician (preferred) Additional Expectations Maintain a professional appearance and a clean workstation Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Attend training seminars as needed Drive new business opportunities and enhance service department profitability
