The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position, seasonal position. The position will last August-December. ## Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Provide information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process customers’ credit cards
• Provide customers with shipping updates
• Provide assistance to customers picking up orders
• Assist with order writing in our showroom ## Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data entry and computerized systems
• Experience in sales or client services is a plus
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
• Familiarity with making and receiving phone calls
