Customer Service Representative 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Cullman, AL 35055 Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team of one of our elite clients in the furniture retail industry. In this role, you’ll help create a positive shopping experience by supporting our customers before, during, and after their purchases. From answering product questions to resolving issues with orders or deliveries, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer feels valued and well taken care of. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-store, offering helpful and accurate information about furniture products, orders, and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction
• Provide a warm, professional, and knowledgeable experience that exceeds customer expectations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture lines, product specifications, and store promotions
• Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policies
• Support delivery scheduling and coordinate with logistics when needed
• Meet or exceed individual and team goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
• Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude at all times
• Participate in team training, product education, and other tasks as assigned by management Requirements
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in furniture, retail, or a related field
• Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable multitasking between phones, computer systems, and in-store customers
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings
• Passion for home design or an eye for furniture and décor is a plus!
