Customer Support Representative Systemedx, Inc 1875 County Rd 1435, Vinemont, AL 35179 Systemedx Inc. is a growing healthcare technology firm that powers a complete electronic medical record and practice management software package for medical practices. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. We currently have a Full-Time Monday thru Friday position available in Cullman. The Customer Support Representative will provide application support to our clients including user assistance in navigating the system, as well as resolving technical issues related to the system itself. By maintaining frequent voice and email contact with clients, the representative manages our clients’ expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction. This is a technical entry-level position, and a degree is not required.
Essential Functions:
Provide telephone and email support to our clients including user assistance in navigating the system, as well as resolving technical issues related to the system itself Create and maintain case documentation for open client incidents, including a complete description of the problem, what actions have been taken, client impact and next steps Perform QA testing, root-cause analysis, develop logical conclusions, and suggest appropriate workarounds Setting client expectations and managing sensitive client situations Any other duties as applicable to the position Specific Job Skills Must be able to work in the office during set office hours Capacity to function and multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to listen to instructions and follow them without repetition Excellent problem-solving skills Required understanding of project management principles
Pay:
