Member Services Representative 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 1749 Eva Road NE, Cullman, AL 35055 Cullman Electric Cooperative is seeking highly qualified, talented, and motivated applicants for the position of Member Services Representative. The individual in this position serves as the primary contact in the provision of electric services, connects/disconnects, problem resolution, processing of payments, payment arrangements, explanation of bills and rates, general inquiries and account maintenance. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two (2) years similar or related member service experience is required. Experience in the financial/banking sector or utility sector such as power, telecommunications, internet, gas, water, etc. is preferred but not required.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
The key job requirements include skills in communications (oral and written), marketing, sales, cashiering, public relations, time management, teamwork and a strong emphasis on providing outstanding member service.
