As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and excellent communication skills. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding services, repairs, and maintenance. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders. Prepare detailed service estimates and invoices for customers. Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records. Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and address any concerns or questions. Stay updated on dealership promotions and service offerings to effectively communicate with customers. Requirements Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred. Strong background in automotive service or repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
