EsyConnect is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for our valued customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. What you’ll do: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to EsyConnect’s products and services.
Research and resolve inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer interactions.
Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Who you are: A team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to problem-solve effectively and think critically.
Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Bonus points for: Experience in the telecommunications or internet service provider (ISP) industry.
Familiarity with EsyConnect’s products and services (a plus, but not required).
