In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong ability to connect with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Duties Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing knowledgeable support on products and services. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Proficient in basic math and retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Experience in jewelry sales is required. Ability to manage stock efficiently and maintain organized displays. Familiarity with product demonstrations to engage customers effectively. Must pass background check.
