Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, possess excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable about various auto services.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers on service status
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or products as needed
- Maintain customer records and service history accurately
Requirements:
- Experience in auto estimating, automotive repair, oil changes, shocks/struts, diesel engine repair, or related fields
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of auto service management practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Consistent Attendance is a must.
