Patient Account Representative Travel Required :
Customer Service duties may include, but are not limited to, thefollowing responsibilities: Answer inbound customer service calls and make some outbound followup calls in a professional, patient experience and customerservice-oriented manner. Facilitate resolution by referring the matter to the issue/contentexpert. Resubmit Corrected Claims and supporting documentation as need forthe patient experience. Communicate with other organizational departments to ensure properhandling of patient accounts. Advanced computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology, PCapplications, and math/bookkeeping skills. 1
- 3 years related or general knowledge of payor-specific ormedical specialty billing
