Onboarding includes three weeks’ instructor led and two weeks on-the-job training
Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images
Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections

Onsite Training Schedule Required:
You will remain onsite in office for 90 days with the option to then work remotely if you are in good standing/minimum production standards. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST
- 5 weeks of initial training.
After Training Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 12:00pm
- 9:00pm CST (one day off during the week either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- and EVERY Saturday or Sunday 12:00pm
- 9:00pm CST.
Your off day will be based on the needs of the business but you are able to still provide your preference for weekday and weekend off day. Must be within a reasonable driving distance to Hoover, AL.
