What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects our core values Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy Help customers with billing questions, seasonal concerns, scheduling, and more Act as a key liaison between customers and our Service Professionals Schedule pest, lawn, and termite services with accuracy and care Collaborate with Sales Professionals and support sales initiatives Participate in collection efforts as needed Maintain a consistent presence in the office and attend regular team meetings Take on additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask using phones, computers, and related technology Reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to grow
