Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Apex Roofing & Restoration. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met effectively. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. This role is FULLY in-office in Hoover, AL. Hours are Mon-Fri 7am-4pm/8am-5pm. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, triage the customer to the appropriate contact or solve the customer inquiry on first contact. Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers. Greet and sign-in visitors, ensure their contact is notified of their arrival. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. Requirements MUST have experience working in a call center environment Proven experience in meeting metrics for call resolution time and quality assurance. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
