In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and vendors via various platforms (in-person, chat, email, social media), providing exceptional support and assistance. You will help answer general questions, resolve customer issues and relay sensitive information to Key Holders, Managers, Directors and Investors to ensure a positive experience with our company’s products and services. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist guests with inquiries regarding accommodations and wellness experiences. Manage reservations and ensure accurate data entry into the system. Communicate effectively with team members to resolve guest issues promptly. Promote our unique wellness experiences to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain a professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or concerns. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or support roles. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective guest interactions. Basic data entry skills with attention to detail. Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
