The compensation for this position is $13/hour. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to customer service. These duties could include providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens new customer accounts by recording customer account information in QuickBooks. Maintains customer records by updating account information in QuickBooks. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Maintains financial accounts by processing customer credit card payments at time of order placement (receiving and processing credit card payment in QuickBooks). Recommends potential products or services to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
