What You’ll Do Attend sales meetings, training and activities; to include performing additional duties as needed
Communicate, collaborate and interact with team members from supply chain, outside sales and management
Consult directly with sales and customers to ensure adequate communication and information is conveyed
Issue sales orders for customer purchase orders.
Process all customer transactions accurately and timely including sales orders, inquiries, quotes or returns
Provide technical support to Sales and directly to customers with inquiries and customer complaints
Support the Sales Team in research, data collection and analysis
Telephone and face to face contact with customers providing recommendations, price/job quoting, and entering sales orders
Work in close-knit team environment with other Sales Specialists to drive both individual and team performance.
What You’ll Need 1 or more years of sales experience required; with previous knowledge in Construction industry a plus
1 year of experience in a Customer Service role preferred
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, utilize company resources and deliver exceptional customer service (internal & external)
Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Your Education High School Diploma or GED required
4-Year College Degree preferred
