Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll buildconnections and offer a wide range of products and services to ourdiverse customer base. Yourprecise cash handling, attention to detail, and ability to engageprofessionally with customers and peers in a fast-paced environmentwill allow you to reflect on our mission while advancing yourcareer.
Responsibilities:
Forge connections with customers tocultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
Skillfully review, validate, and process customer transactions withaccuracy including check cashing, money transfer, and customerpayments. Proactively maximize customer success by offeringpersonalized financial services that fit their lifestyle. Enter andmaintain customer information with precision and integrity into aPoint-of-Sale (POS) system. Build new business by completinginbound and outbound call campaigns daily. Assist in customeraccount management and collections by accepting payments, andmonitoring and managing customer appointments. Maintain internaland external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards toenhance the customer experience. Maintain office security protocolsand conduct proper opening and closing procedures, includingmanagement of vault and cash drawer. Uphold compliance with Companypolicies and procedures, and all relevant local, state, and federallaws and regulations. Engage in ongoing training and remain updatedon our evolving products and processes. Work efficiently in adynamic and fast-paced environment and effectively navigatemultiple tasks with ease to meet individual and team performancestandards. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular,in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedulefor this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.•Store hours, schedules, and/or the minimum number of hoursrequired for this position may be subject to change by brand entityand at the sole discretion of the Company. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Customer service, sales,or retail experience Excellent verbal and written communicationskills Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, andother systems Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)Background check required. All background checks are conducted, andtheir results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
Physical demands for this position frequently include: the abilityto remain in a stationary position, move about inside and outsideof the store, the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and theoperation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard. PreferredQualifications and Skills Associate degree or higher BilingualEnglish/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locationsValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to usethroughout the workday (mileage compensated)
