What You’ll Do:

• Provide superior experience for our customers with every wash
• Educate our customers on our wash offerings and benefits of our unlimited wash club
• Actively engage with customers before and after their wash
• Maintain quality standards through a series of checks throughout the day
• Comply with all safety and operating procedures
• Learn the wash process and general understanding of equipment
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment throughout the wash property

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• A professional image that adheres to our appearance guidelines
• Self-starter and team player

Salary:

$12-14/hour; Commission and incentive bonuses
